Personalisation and Embroidery
The reproduction of your and your sponsor’s logo colours is as accurate as photographic and computing processes will allow. Your order will not be processed until we receive your full agreement and approval of artwork. We make every effort to ensure that the photography on our website accurately reflects the colours of the kit you order and cannot be held responsible for colour appearing different on different computer screens. We take the security and privacy of your personal information seriously. Personal Data is held on our database either because of orders we have processed or work we have undertaken or are currently engaged in, or because our customers have indicated that they would be interested in receiving material from us about our business and products. To that end we hold client contact details and the history of our client relationship. This allows us to manage our client relationships effectively and target items of interest so that clients do not receive unwanted material through the post.
In accordance with your rights under the Act, you may request the correction of the personal information held, or request that we cease sending you unsolicited direct marketing materials. We do not pass on any data to third parties. This website may contain links to third party websites over which we have no control. We assume no responsibility for the content of any third party website. The presence of a link to such a website does not necessarily mean that we endorse that site or have any association with the proprietor of that website.
The delivery service used to fulfil your order will depend on its size, contents and on your delivery address. While delivery times may vary, we anticipate that goods ordered for UK clubs and individuals through club webshops will be delivered within 4 weeks of the order. We endeavour to carry stock of all club items but the complicated nature of this process means we won’t always have every size of every item available for immediate dispatch, or immediate number customisation. Contact us by phone for an estimate regarding specific bulk orders.
Stock and Availability
While we make every effort to ensure good availability on all the products on our website, the demand for kit may mean that some items are temporarily out of stock. If an item is out of stock, we will give you an estimated delivery date and keep you informed by email.
Prices for adult clothing include all embroidery, delivery and VAT at the standard UK rate of 20%. Children’s clothing is exempt from VAT.
Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive.
You are entitled to cancel your order and return the goods within 7 working days for a full refund, including the cost of delivery. Do this by contacting us by email or telephone and quoting the order number supplied to you. Your refund will be paid within 30 days. You are responsible for the cost and risk of loss or damage when returning the goods, so you should take out enough postal insurance to cover their value. Items that have been personalised with a club or organisation badge or emblem or initials/numbers cannot be exchanged or refunded unless the product or material is faulty. This cancellation policy does not affect your rights when we are at fault – for example, if goods are faulty or misdescribed. Any goods returned should be in saleable condition in its original packaging, unused and with a completed returns form.
These terms apply to your order. We may change our terms and conditions at any time, so please do not assume that the same terms will apply in the future. None of these terms affect your legal rights and these are not diminished in any way. If any term is held to be invalid under any applicable statute or rule of law, that term is automatically omitted from the terms to minimum extent necessary to comply with the law and without affecting the validity or enforceability of the remainder.

In the unlikely event that the goods you receive are not what you ordered, the cost of returning your order will be credited back you.
